The Princesses enjoying an early morning ride at Bonza Bay before the day's programme commenced


Princess Elizabeth attended by herself functions in the dock including the opening of New Graving Dock at Buffalo harbour and inspected the Frigate HMSAS Transvaal. Princess Elizabeth gave a speech that was well received and when she sat down she received a set of fine diamonds from government mines on the Orange River.

  1. I enjoy this blog. I used to have a RV collection, which I sold last year. I didn't have covers for 26 and 27 February. So maybe they weren't issued.
